Move the conversation
from stuck to possible.
You don’t need to see eye to eye to take the first step.
A founder may be focused on momentum. An investor may need evidence before a decision. A colleague may need clear responsibilities and working hours. A useful conversation makes those expectations visible, instead of assuming somebody just doesn’t understand.

MEET YOUR MEDIATOR
A conversation
with Cameron.
A human guide through a difficult conversation.
Cameron McQuhae is the mediator for Mediate by Ocaye. With access to both sides of a case, he can help bring the different perspectives into a structured conversation and arrange time for the next step.
Ocaye provides the mediation portal, keeping your case information and scheduled conversations together.
Meet Cameron McQuhaeA LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Before we
begin.
Mediation is a structured conversation with a neutral third party. It gives people in a dispute a space to explain their perspectives, explore options and work towards an agreement. The mediator supports the discussion; the participants make the decisions.
Once a case is opened, each participant receives access to their own case workspace. You can set out your perspective and add information for the mediator. Cameron can review both sides and arrange the next conversation.
Your submissions are visible to you and the mediator, not automatically to the other participant. Any sharing of information during the mediation should be discussed with the mediator.
Think about what happened, what matters most to you and what an acceptable outcome might look like. A short timeline and relevant information can help make the first conversation more useful.
No outcome is guaranteed. Mediation offers a way to explore possible resolutions together. You can seek independent advice about your situation and any proposed agreement.
